Each organization must protect the privacy of their clients because of their profession. The clients must trust them so they can help them with what needs that whichever organization can help them. More importantly, intergrity is another ethic that the organizations share also. For example, the code identifies the core values of social work’s mission-based. (Code of Ethics. (2021). National Association of Social Workers.) The issue of diversity, cultural differences, and multiculturalism fit into the codes because that is the main focus. These organizations make sure they honor cultural diversity and advocate for social justice. After reviewing these codes of ethics I would have to say the primary roles and responsibilities of human services agencies and providers are to help humans with their basic needs. To make sure the human can live a productive life by enhancing their well-being. The roles of these organizations are very important because so many people need help with everyday life.
